  • Yes. There is plenty of free on-street parking available nearby, including along Southmead Road and Wellington Hill West.

  • You can book directly with your chosen specialist through our booking page. Or simply select the treatment you're interested in and follow the booking link for the specialist who provides that service.

  • As all specialists at The Arch operate independently, cancellation policies may vary. Please refer to your specialist's booking page for their individual terms and conditions.

  • To help create a calm and comfortable environment for all clients, we kindly ask that only those attending an appointment visit the studio. However, we understand that childcare and other circumstances can sometimes make this difficult. If you need to bring someone with you, please contact your specialist before your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

  • Yes. The Arch Beauty Studio is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please let your specialist know before your appointment so we can ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible.

  • Some treatments require a consultation or patch test before your appointment, while others can be booked directly. If you're unsure, please contact your chosen specialist who will be happy to advise.
