About The Arch

The Arch Beauty Studio is a collective beauty space home to independent self employed beauty specialists. Each specialist operates their own business and is responsible for their own treatments, bookings, pricing, insurance, consultations, aftercare, and individual Terms and Conditions.

Independent Specialists

All specialists working within The Arch Beauty Studio are fully insured and registered with Bristol City Council where required. The contract for services is formed directly between the client and the individual specialist providing the treatment. The Arch Beauty Studio provides the premises and shared facilities only and is not responsible for treatment outcomes, advice, cancellations, refunds, or liabilities arising from services provided by independent specialists.

Bookings and Appointments

Appointments are arranged directly with your chosen specialist. Deposit requirements, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and aftercare policies vary between specialists. Clients are encouraged to review the individual Terms and Conditions of their chosen specialist before booking.

Children and Guests

To help create a calm and comfortable environment for all clients, we kindly ask that only those attending the appointment visit the studio. However, we understand that childcare and other circumstances can sometimes make this difficult. If you need to bring someone with you, please contact your specialist before your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

Studio Etiquette

We are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone. We kindly ask all visitors to treat specialists and fellow clients with courtesy and respect. The Arch Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any person to leave the premises if their behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated, or disruptive.

Photography

Photography and video are welcome within the studio. We kindly ask that the privacy of other clients and specialists is respected at all times. Permission should be obtained before photographing or sharing images that include other individuals.

Personal Belongings

The Arch Beauty Studio accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available to purchase and can be redeemed towards treatments and services with any specialist based within the studio. To purchase a gift card, please speak to one of our available in house specialists. Gift cards are non refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law, and must be used in accordance with the terms and validity period stated at the time of purchase.

Changes to These Terms

The Arch Beauty Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
